The MYS40 to MYS380 series are single-phase diode bridge rectifiers in a compact SMD package. These rectifiers are designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification, steering, and clamping diode applications. Key features include the industry's smallest mains rectifier bridge size (3x3mm), UL recognition, low junction capacitance, and compliance with RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals regulations. They offer a maximum rectified output current of 0.5 A (R-load) and are suitable for commercial-grade applications.
