The HS2AA THRU HS2MA series are high-efficiency rectifiers featuring a low-profile package ideal for automated placement. With glass-passivated chip junctions and high forward surge capability, these rectifiers are suitable for high-frequency applications. They meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, with a maximum peak of 260 C. Typical applications include high-frequency switching rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes for consumer and telecommunication equipment.
